I received and installed my RIHAC CISS about 3 weeks ago.
My Canon MX 850 printer has only had one set of genuine cartridges in it, (the originals).
Before fitting the ink system, I decided to make a test print for comparison, with the canon ink.
The photo was of Garth Tander's 2009 Holden Racing Team Commodore which is day-glo red, white and black, a fairly difficult colour combination for inkjet printers to reproduce.
The colours printed with canon ink were a perfect copy of the original.
After fitting the CISS system, I printed the exact same photo again, and was totally astounded by the results. The colour reproduction is exactly the same as the test print, and after showing this photo to several of my associates, none could tell the photos apart.
I have used non-genuine ink replacements in several other printers in the past, and have never been totally satisfied with the results, resigning myself to the fact that there is always a trade-off between quality and price.
This RIHAC system breaks all the rules. This is exceptional value for the price, with absolutely no compromise on quality.
