IMPORTANT INFORMATION
for the EcoTank ET-2700*, ET-2750* & ET-2850* ONLY
After changing the pad, the ET-2700, ET-2750 & ET-2850 printers internal
waste ink pad counter will need to be electronically reset
using third party software such as the InkChip WIC Program.
The InkChip Program is free however an activation
key is required to reset the printers electronic waste
ink counter to zero. The program can be downloaded
from here and activation keys are availible for purchase
from our website, here, or by contacting us directly on
(03) 9005 5555 during business hours
The WIC Reset can only be run
using a Windows computer
with internet connection,
no Mac solution is currently available.
Instructions on how to run the software on your windows computer will be emailed.
