IMPORTANT INFORMATION
for the EcoTank ET-2700* & ET-2750* ONLY
After changing the maintenance tank the printers internal waste ink
pad counter will need to be electronically reset using third party
software such as the InkChip WIC Waste Ink Counter reset program.
The program is free and can be downloaded here: InkChip WIC
However, to reset the ink counter you will need to purchase an
activation key (to use with the InkChip program). Activation keys

Important Information:

The InkChip WIC Reset can only be run using a Windows PC
with an internet connection, no Mac solution is currently
available. The printer needs to be connected to the PC via
a USB cable. Instructions on how to run thesoftware on
your windows computer will be emailed on purchase of an
activation key from our site.
