Important Information
Genuine Brother LC432 and LC432XL ink cartridges have a number of unique serial number encrypted onto their chips. Every time you use a cartridge it uses one of these unique serial numbers. If it detects it has used a serial number previously it will give a cartridge error and that cartridge cannot be used

All aftermarket cartridges (including ours) are fitted with a chip encoded with one serial number and that serial number can only be used once. It is important to know that you need to keep a note of which serial numbers you have used so you do not try to use a serial number you have previously used. whilst we regularly update our stock with new serial numbers it is recommended to contact us on 03 9005 5555 (9-5pm mon-fri) before purchasing, to check which serial numbers we have in stock.

You do not need to do this if you have not used any non-brother branded cartridge previously (i.e. your first purchase).
