Installation of the CISS unit requires you to remove a small magentic sensor from the printer which takes only a few minutes. If required the sensor can be replaced at a later time if the CISS unit was removed for any reason. A comprehensive manual is included with your kit. The following images give a brief overview of the installation.

Consider it this way, the Epson 82n cartridges have approximately 10mls of usable ink inside. Epson cartridges retails for around $23-$24 each (prices correct as of May 2001 via officeworks online*)

Our CISS is prefilled with 600ml of Rihac ink and is equivalant to approximately 60 Epson cartridges which would cost you about $1400.00 to purchase seperately.
